Where do we start with the exceptional service we received from Hyperion hot tubs. For months we agonised over the decision of which one to get and who and where we purchased one from, we had been completely overwhelmed by the options in the market. We walked into the showroom and Terry instantly put us at ease, knowledgeable friendly helpful and in no way a pushy sales approach. We came back the next day as we had fallen in love with the sundance spa and wanted to support a local business. Terry pulled off the impossible as he knew how important it was for us to be able to enjoy it with family over a particular weekend in August. Communication and set up was absolutely perfect! Cannot recommend it enough and we are so happy we chose Hyperion. More than 6 months later we have enjoyed the hot tub with friends, family and use it a couple of times a week. What surprised us most is how much use it has had over the winter months, particularly Christmas and new year! We had purchased a hot tub from Hyperion 4.5 years ago. Just after Xmas we went to refill it as we'd been away and it had been empty for a couple of months. On plugging it in, we we were getting error codes from the heater. We messaged Terry even though his website said he was off until the new year. He replied quickly with some options and then narrowed it down to the circulation pump not working. He ordered one for us and came out to fit it this week - all working perfectly now! From the first meeting to the end Terry was very professional and very knowledgeable. We tried other competitors in our area but none came up to our expectations. We are enjoying our swim spa pool . When I visited Hyperion hot tubs today they were very very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend this company for any of your hot tub accessories or indeed hot tubs..
