  • Answer: PortaSauna is designed for outdoor use only. It should be placed on a flat surface and at least 120 cm (4 ft) away from buildings, fences, trees, and other structures. If using in a campsite or public area, check with the site operator for permission.
• Can I use PortaSauna in cold weather?
  • Answer: Absolutely! The triple-layer insulated fabric of the PortaSauna Hex retains heat even in freezing temperatures. It can reach 80-100°C, even when it’s as cold as -12°C outside.
• Does PortaSauna release any chemicals? What is the tent made of?
  • Answer: The PortaSauna Hex is built with safety and air quality in mind. It uses Oxford 210D cotton, rated to withstand temperatures up to approximately 150°C, ensuring safety at the sauna’s peak temperature of about 93°C. The windows are crafted from high-performance TPU, suitable for high temperatures. Test results show that at 93°C, the air inside remains free of carbon monoxide and volatile organic compounds, and the interior layer is made from CPAI84 flame-retardant material for added safety.

PortaSauna comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does notcover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Repairs beyond the warranty period are available at cost.
