Sauna Installation & Delivery Across Dorset: From Bournemouth to the Christchurch & beyond

If you’re looking at a Hekla Cube or a ThermoZen cabin, you’re probably wondering how the heck we get it into your garden. At Hyperion Hot Tubs, we don’t just drop a crate at your curb and wish you luck. We’re a Wimborne-based team that handles the “heavy lifting”—literally.

Site Checklist: Will it Fit? Before we talk about delivery dates, there are three things I need to know about your site:

At some point during our conversation around the perfect sauna for you, we will discuss the three points below. With some prior planning we can help you get these elements in place before delivery, so there are no surprises later on.

The Access: This is the big one. Can we get the components through a side gate, or are we looking at a crane? The majority of our saunas are built on site, so they can be brough to the final location piece by piece.

The Base: You can’t just stick a Hekla Cube or Luksus on grass. You need a solid, level foundation—usually concrete or a heavy-duty reinforced deck. A good, solid, well-laid patio can work well, too. The most important aspect is that the surface is uniformly flat. If sections of your patio are in disrepair, or if a DIY concrete base should have been left to the experts, your sauna may not have the fit and finish you desire.

The Power: Most of our premium units require a dedicated 32-amp or 40-amp supply (like a hot tub). Don’t worry; we can coordinate with your electrician to make sure the wiring is correct. Some final wiring will need to be completed after our installation is complete.

The Build: What to Expect When We Arrive

Most “sauna shops” online just ship a flat-pack and leave you to it. That’s not how we work in Wimborne. When we arrive, our first job will be to unload the van and lay out all the component pieces.

From there, we start out by assembling the sauna base, then the front and back.

Next are the sides, followed by the roof. Lastly the interior is fitted out and the heater and door are installed and alinged.
