We've always wanted a hot tub but after visiting a few showrooms and endless searching for information online, we were unsure and probably a bit confused! It's a big investment and we wanted to get it right. We visited Terry at Hyperion and straight away felt at ease. He had all the knowledge to answer our questions (especially my husband's!) and clearly knows what he's talking about.
The installation went well. Terry was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We went for the Chelsee and a heat pump. They work brilliantly together, keeping running costs low. Terry's also always been on hand with any questions after set up. I was worried about keeping the hot tub at all the right levels but even that was made easy.
The hot tub has far exceeded expectations for our family. The tub has been used most days/evenings since we got it. All through the winter. There's nothing nicer than going out and sitting in the hot tub on a cold, clear night, watching the stars. It's most definitely my favourite time in the evening. It's been great for the family, but it's been even better for my husband and I. Quality time, catching up, away from the TV.
I highly recommend Hyperion hot tubs. We've received excellent customer service. They are always friendly, have the best knowledge and information on their products and of course we now have an amazing hot tub!

Bournemouth Hot Tub Installation
We installed this Sundance Spas Peyton for a customer in Talbot Woods, Bournemouth.
Access was an issue, so we organised a crane to lift the spa over the house.
Once in place, we commissioned the spa and carried out a full handover with the customer. leaving them confident of how to care for their new spa.
Afterwards our customer Holly said:
